I have always made my own path. It’s what I love. To start with an idea and turn it into a vision that makes a difference. Leading me to today is over 15 years of running profitable businesses. I understand the metrics that really matter, and the ones that don’t. I also understand the pressures of a global business, having worked across Asia Pacific for over 25 years.
I believe that at the heart of every success are the right people. People can turn an idea into action and, at the end of the day, it’s actions that matter most. I believe everyone has the potential to be truly great and an organisation that fosters that potential will also become great. Not just profitable, but an organisation that leaves a positive mark on the world.

My personal mission is to continue adopting new technology and new approaches to old problems, because that’s how we connect people to the information they need to make a difference.
Helping people find the great potential in their lives has been a consistent theme across my career, and an inspiring one. Showing people new ways, better ways, is extremely rewarding and it motivates me to continue to improve my own skills.
I have worked and travelled in Asia Pacific for over 25 years, travelling to more than 10 countries every year. I’ve loved every minute of it and built strong relationships alongside a deep understanding of the Asia-Pacific cultures. I believe our similarities and our differences should be celebrated and we bring that to The Learning Factor services: turning cultural differences into strengths.
Developing a company that makes a difference is very important to me. I want to see The Learning Factor become the best training outsourcing company in the world. Not simply to be the largest. The best. Then we have held true to our foundations to help organisations invest in their people, so they can become the best they can be.
The Learning Factor’s global team is 1,000 strong and made up of training specialists including managing consultants, project managers, facilitators, coaches, training administrators, instructional designers and eLearning technologists. Our base camp is in Sydney, Australia, but you’ll find us locally in 14 countries throughout the Asia Pacific region.
