The Learning Factor Pty Ltd was founded in the 1990s. In 2003, the directors moved to the USA to grow the business internationally while developing strong long-term global partnerships with US based learning companies.

The directors returned to Australia in 2006 to launch The Learning Factor Pty Ltd in support of a local business market which was hungry for effective Managed Learning Services. Since that time, The Learning Factor has significantly expanded with over 500 learning consultants, instructional designers and facilitators throughout the Asia Pacific. The business is growing globally because it relies on strong organisational values, HR practices and technologies to rapidly and effectively locate expertise, support project teams and encourage collaboration throughout the entire client’s organisation.

The Learning Factor has a long history and proven track record with customers in over 194 locations around Australia (capital cities and regional locations) as well as significant coverage in 14 Asia Pacific countries. We have worked hand-in-hand with some of the world’s leading global organisations, delivering learning solutions ranging from complete learning business process re-engineering, to managing the end-to-end administration and delivery of over 23,000 face-to-face training enrolments (per annum).
