Vicki Kossoff has 25 years of global business experience working as both an internal and external consultant in the area of HR and Adult Learning.

Vicki has held senior Asia Pacific HR and L&D roles with some of the world’s leading organisations so her network in the major growth region of the world is very strong. She has also been fortunate to work with a number of the world’s most recognised CEOs including Eric Schmidt – CEO of Google.

Her intimate expertise in world-class performance excellence has been recognised in her award winning deployment of transformational learning services. Working at the most senior level in organisations, she is able to optimise training efficiencies to reduce costs and improve business outcomes

She is a passionate advocate of the power of well-crafted, targeted learning solutions, where one size fits one. Her focus on continually developing and improving The Learning Factor business model in order to continually offer superior learning outcomes that always meet or exceed client expectations is at the core of her thinking.

Vicki has led The Learning Factor business since 1998 (when it was called The Integrate Group), guiding efforts to design, implement and broaden some of the first managed learning service engagements in Australia.

Vicki’s expertise in strategic planning, client focus and operational excellence has been instrumental in making The Learning Factor a top-tier learning solution provider throughout Asia Pacific.
