Vicki Kossoff Managing Director & Co-Founder Vicki Kossoff has 25 years of global business experience working as both an internal and external consultant in the area of HR and Adult Learning. Vicki has held senior Asia Pacific HR and L&D roles with some of the world’s leading organisations so her network in the major growth region of the world is very strong. She has also been fortunate to work with a number of the world’s most recognised CEOs including Eric Schmidt – CEO of Google. Chris Gaborit Director & Co-Founder Chris Gaborit is a director and founding partner of The Learning Factor. He focuses primarily on The Learning Factor’s global partnerships, customer relations and business development. With more than thirty years experience, Chris has worked and travelled extensively in the Asia Pacific region. He has lived in the USA, Malaysia, Australia and New Zealand. His wide ranging experience and understanding of international business is an asset to clients when delivering learning services to a global marketplace. Chris has been pivotal in developing The Learning Factor’s Asia Pacific business. Utilising his extensive operational experience, he focuses on developing, maintaining and enhancing client and partner relationships by implementing measurable key performance activities. His flexible approach includes the initiative to adapt quickly to deliver the best possible outcome. The Learning Factor clients have access to a wealth of worldwide learning services and resources that Chris and the team have built up over several decades.

Facilitation Team

The Learning Factor is made up of a team of deeply specialised professionals who bring together their expertise to create value for clients.  We have exceptional bench strength with a depth of global trainers who have long tenure with us. All facilitators have a strong business and training background that add tremendous value to clients, and who live, breathe and role model our values, methodologies and experiences.

We are well positioned to partner with clients to provide a diverse, scalable bench of talented global facilitators. We have over 500 facilitators throughout Asia Pacific.

Instructional Design Team

Our instructional designers have years of experience and are respected industry professionals. Our instructional design team’s core competencies include:

• Leveraging best practices in instructional design to deliver effective, customised solutions that provide measurable results
• Applying a structured theoretically based design and development process to create assessments and instructional activities that are well-written and well-aligned with performance outcomes
• Developing creative, innovative online media content, classroom activities, and self-study materials that tap into multiple learning styles and promote an engaging learning experience
• Streaming complex subject matter into accurate, concise, and easily digestible content to build a solid conceptual framework for learners
• Delivering high-quality instructional products on time, within budget, and to project specifications

Operations Team

Central to our solution is our Training Operations Team. They are responsible for managing all administration details and logistics of clients’ training initiatives. Our full-service approach gives clients a rapid and robust solution backed by a best-in-class delivery team, and a scalable, reliable infrastructure. Simply put, our Operations Team’s mission is to deliver world class client support.  

With a deep understanding of regional logistics throughout Asia Pacific, The Learning Factor is well placed to serve our clients on a best place, best practice approach - using the right staff, in the right location, for each task.

Advisory Board

The Learning Factor Advisory Board provides world-class leadership across a wide range of crucial business disciplines, including business process outsourcing, training management, learning sciences and research and change management.

The Advisory Board meets four times a year to review the performance of The Learning Factor and guide the management team on various operational matters to help the company formulate short and long term strategies.
