The Learning Factor can locate a Learning Services team onsite or offsite to suit the needs of their customer. With an onsite solution, team members work at customer premises and can access The Learning Factor's technology remotely, or they can use customer specific technologies/programs.
Smaller organisations with lower training volumes can still access expert services with an offsite team using our technologies. This eliminates the need for companies to make capital investments in expensive technologies that will be outdated quickly.
